By commissioning me you agree to the following terms

Payment

❖ All payments will be made through Paypal or Stripe.
❖ Payment is required before I begin.

Rivisions

❖ Unlimited minor revisions.
❖ No major revisions after approval stage. (If there is one.)

Deadlines & Delivery

❖ Time may take up to 15 - 30 days depending on type of work.

USE

❖ Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display, free of charge.
❖ Selling, streaming and using the artwork in content creation is allowed with Monetized and Commercial licenses.
❖ When using my art, please credit me by name or link to any of my socials!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

❖ I (the creator) retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
❖ I reserve the right to modify and resell any cancelled commissions.

REFUNDS

❖ No refunds after the commission is completed.
❖ If the commission is cancelled (by me or you), before I start, then a full refund will be sent.
❖ If the commission is cancelled after the sketch phase then a refund of 50% will be given.

COMMUNICATION

❖ All communication will be made through site DMs or Email.
❖ Please provide your preferred methods, progress updates will be sent there as well.

A.I. USE

❖ I do NOT use generative AI to produce any part of the work.❖ You (the client) may not use the work, in whole or in part, as training data for AI models, as input to AI image-generation tools, or to produce derivative AI outputs. This restriction survives delivery.

I Will Not Draw

❖ NSFW / nudity / sexual content / fetishes ❖
❖ Harmful or offensive subjects ❖
